unreliable hot water old bathroom
The rooms look tired. Bathroom looked old, needing some serious updates. Hot water was unreliable. I found that annoying after long days, especially because the staff didn't seem to care much about complaints.

The location IS perfect and near the metro station and Istiklal street.
The cleanliness was bad. I also noticed that the furniture needs some upgrades.
